VilanCool Beach Resort is a privately-funded non-profit project to support the local community. All money we make is 100% re-invested in the people, education, employment or health. It is the only tourist business solely managed by locals in Mozambique. Knowing this, you may expect a bit low-class accommodation. But we are convinced that only best-in-class accommodations can help us to achieve a sustainably project lasting for generations.

Villa SLEEPING DUGONG
This exclusive big Beach Villa is perfect for up to 6 in particular due to its amazing sea front, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, big living room, open kitchen and two verandas. Opening the wing doors of your sleeping room you will experience an unforgettable view to Bazaruto Archipelago. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a big cooking island. Our team will love to guide you to the supermarket and local markets. Even you can probably buy fresh fish at the beach from the fisherman. Since VilanCool is solely managed by locals, all money you spent is to support the families and kids of our workers and the local nursing home we are building (20% of overnight spent is for the nursing home). Villa Waving Manta
This exclusive big Beach Villa is perfect for up to 4 with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a living room with open kitchen and a veranda. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and the view to the sea and paradise garden.
"WAVING MANTA" because the house has two wings on each side of the living room and everything on one floor - flat like a Manta Ray - and its waving from top of the dune;-)
Villa FLYING TURTLE
Beach front accommodation for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms on 2 separate floors, 2 en-suit bathrooms, 1 king-size bed, 2 single beds, kitchen, 3 verandas, own garden, a BOMA and direct access to the beach. Beach Resort & Kite School are a social project and the place is solely managed by locals. With your stay you support 8 local families and enable employment and education for their kids.
"FLYING TURTLE" because our mascot from the beginning was a hand-carved wooden turtle, which we hang up on the balcony and looks like flying.
Beach Villa SMILING DOLPHIN
BEACH HOUSE "Smiling Dolphin": When you are staying in our lovely Beach House for 2 (60qm) with its local but modern character, big veranda and amazing sea view you will feel like home and, in addition, you support our local social projects. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for self catering. Our team loves to guide you to the supermarket and local markets. Since VilanCool is solely managed by locals, all money you spent is to support the families and kids of our workers and the local nursing home we are building (20% of overnight spent is for the nursing home). BEACH HOUSE "Dancing Flamingo": When you are staying in our lovely Beach House for 2 (50 sqm) with its local but modern character, kitchen, bathroom/shower (sink outside bathroom), big veranda and an amazing sea view you will feel like in paradise and, in addition, you are doing something good. Since VilanCool is solely managed by locals, all money you spent is to support the families and kids of our workers and the local nursing home we are building together with EVISTA Foundation (20% of overnight spent is for the nursing home).
